What LoadLedger does for you

The features, who they're for, and how a load flows from rate con to paid.

LoadLedger is a back office in your pocket for owner-operators and small fleets. Snap a rate confirmation, collect the paperwork on the road, send the invoice package to your factoring company, and see what each truck and driver really earns.

Main features

  • AI rate con reader: take a photo or upload the PDF; LoadLedger fills in the load number, broker, rate, pickup and delivery for you to check.
  • Document collection: BOL, POD, trip ticket, seal and reefer photos, organized per load. Drivers upload from their phone.
  • Invoice package in one tap: every document compiled into one PDF and emailed to your factoring company (or downloaded for its portal). The broker gets the BOL/POD too.
  • Dashboard: money in each stage: Pending, In Transit, Submitted (waiting to be paid) and Funded this week.
  • Fleet: invite drivers and office staff, assign trucks and drivers to loads, driver pay worked out automatically.
  • Finance: revenue, factoring fees, expenses, fixed costs and profit per truck and driver; fuel-card statement import.
  • IFTA: miles per state from your loads plus fuel purchases, for the quarterly return.
  • Load calculator: profit per mile before you accept a load.
  • Alerts: reminders for renewals, inspections and service, plus mileage-based truck service.
  • Trucking Academy: short lessons on staying legal and getting paid.

How a load moves

  1. Pending: you added the load (booked, not picked up yet).
  2. In transit: the BOL was uploaded at pickup.
  3. Submitted: the invoice package was sent to factoring (or uploaded to its portal).
  4. Funded: you marked it paid.

A load can also be Rejected if the invoice email couldn't be sent.

Who can use it

  • Owners run the company account: loads, money, fleet and settings.
  • Associates (office staff / dispatchers) work on the owner's loads and money.
  • Drivers see only the loads assigned to them, never rates, money, or other drivers' loads.
