Sending the invoice to your factoring companyOWNERS

Build the invoice package, submit by email or portal, then mark the load funded when paid.

When the delivery documents are in, open the load → Invoice → (or Build invoice package).

The invoice screen

  • Factoring breakdown: gross rate, your factoring fee and the net advance you should receive.
  • Document checklist: every required document must be there. Tap Fix missing documents if not.
  • Broker email: the broker gets the BOL and POD automatically. It's filled in if you've used it before.

Submitting

  • Email method: tap Submit invoice package. LoadLedger compiles every document into one PDF and emails it to your factoring company, and emails the BOL/POD to the broker.
  • Portal method: download the package, open your factoring company's portal (add its link in Settings), upload it there, then tap I've uploaded it.

The load moves to Submitted. If the email can't be sent, it shows as Rejected. Check your settings and submit again.

No factoring company?

If your factoring company is set to None, the invoice package is emailed to the invoice email you set in Settings, or to your own account email so you can bill the broker yourself.

When you get paid

Open the invoice screen and tap 💰 Mark as funded. The load moves to Funded and counts in "Funded this week" and the month total, after your factoring fee.

Your factoring fee

Set it in Settings → Account → Edit → Factoring fee %. Tick Also update loads that were already paid to correct past profit numbers too.
