Catching up on past loads (bulk upload)OWNERS
Upload a week of rate cons at once on the website, as delivered or already paid.
New to LoadLedger with loads you've already run? On the website, Dashboard → Upload past loads (or the link on the New Load page).
- Choose several rate con files at once. AI reads each one.
- Check the list (one row per load). Fields AI wasn't sure about are highlighted; fix them in the row.
- Choose These loads are: delivered (not invoiced yet) or already paid.
- Optionally Set truck for all, or pick a truck and driver per row.
- Save.
Delivered loads are saved as In Transit, so you can send the invoice from the Loads tab. Paid loads are saved as Funded, dated on their delivery date. Drivers aren't notified about past loads.
A rate con that's already in LoadLedger (same load number) is skipped, so uploading the same file twice never creates a duplicate.
