Pay drivers a % of the load or per mile, plus weekly bonus tiers, worked out automatically.

Set a driver's pay

Settings → My Team → tap the driver → Driver pay:

• % of the load (for example 25% of the rate), or
• Per mile (for example $0.65 per mile).

From then on, every load assigned to that driver adds a Driver Pay expense automatically. It updates if the rate, miles or driver changes, and is removed if the load is deleted.

Weekly bonus tiers

Settings → Fleet Settings → Weekly driver bonus: add tiers like "at $7,000 → $100 bonus", "at $8,000 → $200 bonus". When a driver's loads in one week reach a tier, they earn the highest tier reached (tiers aren't added together). The week follows Week starts on in the same section.

Paying a driver by hand

You can also add a Driver Pay expense yourself in Finance → + Add (choose the driver).
