Keeping your account secure

New-device sign-in alerts, "This wasn't me", password resets and signing out everywhere.

New sign-in alerts

When your account signs in on a phone or computer it hasn't used before, we email you the device, IP address and time. If it wasn't you, tap This wasn't me, secure my account. That:

  • signs out every device right away,
  • turns off your current password,
  • emails you a link to set a new one.

Password reset emails you didn't ask for

Someone typed your email on the "Forgot password" page. They can't do anything without access to your inbox. Tap This wasn't me in the email to cancel the link and stop reset emails for 24 hours. Your password stays the same.

Resetting your password

Sign-in screen → Forgot password → open the link in the email (it works for 1 hour). Setting a new password signs out your other devices.

Good habits

Use a password you don't use anywhere else, and keep your email account secure. It's how you get back into LoadLedger.

Still stuck? The assistant can answer follow-up questions, and look at your own account when you're signed in.
