Broker emails are rememberedOWNERS

Type a broker's email once. LoadLedger fills it in on every load from that broker.

When you send documents or an invoice with a broker email, LoadLedger saves it for that broker in your Customers list and fills it in:

• on your other loads from that broker that don't have an email yet,
• on every new load from that broker,
• as a suggestion on older loads, where you'll see "✓ Saved email for TQL (used on an earlier load)". You can change it before sending.

The same broker is recognized by MC number, or by company name when there's no MC (so "TQL, LLC" and "tql" match). Your broker emails are never shared with other companies.

To see or change saved emails: Settings → Customers. You can also import a spreadsheet of brokers there (columns: Company Name, MC Number, Contact Name, Email, Phone, Address, Payment Terms, Notes).

If a broker email doesn't look right (for example pods@tql without .com), LoadLedger asks you to fix it before anything is sent.
