Alerts, reminders and truck service

Reminders for renewals, inspections and service, and mileage-based truck maintenance.

The Alerts tab is your command center for deadlines.

Add a reminder

+ Add → choose a type (oil change, tire rotation, DOT inspection, brake check, CDL license, IFTA filing, insurance, truck registration, BOC-3, drug test, annual inspection or other), a title and a due date. Then set:

• Alert days before: how early to remind you,
• Repeat (days): for recurring items,
• Notify me via push notification, SMS and/or email.

Tap ✓ Done when it's handled. A reminder with Repeat set gets its next due date automatically once the due date passes.

Truck service by mileage

Each truck gets a service schedule automatically, counted from the miles on its loads (loaded miles plus empty miles to each pickup). The day a truck is set up counts as "just serviced". Owners can change intervals or add their own services, and you're alerted when a service is due.
